Ace Auto Accessories warrants for a ten (10) years period including all NR, OSR and R series films, subject to the terms and conditions set out in this statement, that The Window Film People (TWFP) Window Film as installed by a certified installer for the period described above and TWFP window film will be free from the following:
- Adhesion properties without de-lamination from the glass
- Solar reflective properties without cracking, crazing or peeling
Except as provided in this statement, all conditions and warranties, express or implied, whether arising by virtue of statute, whether as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness for any purpose or title to the TWFP window film are hereby excluded, and in no event shall Ace Auto Accessories be liable in any way for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage.
Where any legislation implies into this statement any term, condition, or warranty and the relevant legislation avoids or prohibits provisions in a contract excluding or modifying the application of, or liability under, any such term, condition, or warranty will be deemed to be included in this statement provided that to the extent that such legislation permits Ace Auto Accessories to limit its liability for a breach in such term, condition or warranty, then Ace Auto Accessories’ liability for such breach will be limited as set out below.Ace Auto Accessories sole discretion under this warranty statement is either to (at Ace Auto Accessories’ discretion):
– Provide replacement films to the consumer equivalent to the defective films.
Nothing contained herein shall render Ace Auto Accessories liable for any claims, loss, damage, injury, loss of income, loss of profits, costs, expenses or any special indirect or consequential damages arising out of or occasioned by any cause at all arising out of any failure of the TWFP window film product (including any liability in negligence).
Ace Auto Accessories shall not be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or damage, direct, consequential or incident, arising out of use or inability to use this product.
The warranty is void if the below conditions is not met:
- The product has been subjected to abuse or improper care and maintenance.
- All warranty claims must be supported by a valid invoice number.
- All warranty registrations must be done within 12 months based on the invoice date.
